Final safeguard: makes sure the cached results for a build are refreshed once it is fully finalized, in case some other invalidation path (e.g. a crashed agent that never returned from a remoting call) failed to run. Normal freshness after each junit step is provided by DatabaseTestResultStorage's remote publisher invalidating the cache as soon as its publish call returns.
