If checked, the choice list contains only the version numbers (the last path segment of each artifact, e.g. 1.2.3) instead of the full artifact URLs. This is useful when the selected value is passed on to a downstream, parameterized job that expects just the version. If unchecked (the default), the full artifact URLs are listed, as before.
