Provides the secrets in an Azure Key Vault as credentials to the items in this folder and its sub-folders.

Secrets are mapped to credentials in the same way as for the globally configured vault. If a sub-folder configures a credential with the same ID, the one in the nearest folder is used. Secrets tagged with the SYSTEM scope are ignored.
