Progress fill tracks the build against its estimated duration and falls back to moving stripes once the build overruns the estimate or has no estimate to go on, so the animation never lies about how far along a build is. Every option is suppressed for viewers whose browser asks for reduced motion; those tiles get a static bright edge instead.
