public class NoFinalMethodParametersCheck extends com.puppycrawl.tools.checkstyle.api.AbstractCheck
Ensures that method parameters are not marked final because we don't do that in Bitbucket.

This checks constructor definitions, method definitions, for/each loop definitions and catch clauses:
