How often, in seconds, the page fetches the current state. A poll that finds nothing changed is answered with a small "not modified" response, and the server keeps a computed pipeline for a short while (2 seconds while a build is running, 30 seconds otherwise, tunable with the system properties described in the README), so several browsers polling the same view cost little more than one.
