Mentions notify specific users in the Adaptive Card (Microsoft Teams only). Set User ID to the user's Azure AD object id or UPN (e.g. user@example.com) and Name to the display name shown in the card. Mentions are only rendered when Use AdaptiveCard Format is enabled.
