Minimum VM ID for provisioned agents. Proxmox will assign the next available ID starting from this value. Use this to reserve a VM ID range for Jenkins-managed VMs and avoid collisions with manually created VMs.

Set to 0 to use Proxmox's default behavior (next available ID from 100+).

Note: Proxmox reserves VM IDs 1-99 for internal use.
